Before that, I dropped by the place called `House of Crazy` near the station to see Duane, my Canadian friend, perform on stage.
I actually brought my travel book with me. It contains adequate infos about tokyo subway system, the name & location of stations, the name of the lines, etc. I knew I had to reach Ikebukuro station before changing line to reach Heiwadai station where I should meet Joko.

Another option is to take the Airport Kaisoku from the airport to Osaka station, then ride a train on the main line of JR Tokai to Shin-Osaka station (\1300, 70 mins.).
