Toyota had a recall on the lower ball joints and I had those replaced but I had no problems with them.
Toyota’s may not be known for power compared to what is available in the domestics, but power costs money, and in more ways than one.
Compared to the Tundra, they are noisy, less stable on the road (they feel top heavy at highway speed and handle very poorly conering) and are just not put together as well as a Toyota.
