The legislation of Ukraine in the special economic zone «Zakarpattya» shall be effected with due regard for the specific peculiarities stipulated by the Law of Ukraine «On the General Provisions concerning the Formation and Functioning of Special (Free) Economic Zones» and this Law.

 Political Ruthenienism — A Ukrainian Problem
Recognizing Ukraine and the Ukrainian nation as a whole, Hungarian chauvinists did all they could to prove to the Transcarpathian Ukrainians (Ruthenians), that as faithful sons of the Hungarian crown and as a seperate nation, their historical fate has been tied to Hungary for centuries.
In December of 1994, the "minister of international affairs in Transcarpathian Rus" a Czech resident, Tibor Odnyk, officially requested that the President of the Russian Federation, Boris Yeltsin annul the agreement between the USSR and Czechoslovakia from June 29, 1945 reuniting Transcarpathia with Ukraine.
The history of Transcarpathian (Hungarian) Ruthenians in the 16th to 20th centuries is tightly tied together with the history of Ukrainians (Ruthenians) in Halychyna.

On 19 November, 1944 the Transcarpathian Ukrainian Communist Party was founded in Mukachevo and its members passed a resolution about Transcarpathian Ukraine's reunion with the Soviet Ukraine.

Almost three thousand and a half habitants of mountain Transcarpathian village appeared to be cut off "outer world" because of avalanching.
