Films by Euro-trash directors such as Jesse Franco glorified the lifestyles of the times, which included desensitizing towards violence and an extreme emphasis on free-love styled sexuality.
Granted, the way that he handles certain sexual/love elements in his film are very restrained and tasteful (at least at first, but I’ll get back to that), and the general music and tone within these scenes are comical and suggest that he is attempting to play against Franco's films.
The film concerns a group of resurrected, Templar Knights who rise from their graves every night to suck the blood of helpless victims in a local town, who consist mainly of the immoral, free-lovers that are so prevalent in Franco’s films.

Trash Film Orgy is a midnight movie film festival that shows 35 mm trashy films at the Crest Theatre in Sacramento (which is supposedly haunted).
Films such as Blood Feast or Night of the Living Dead not only create new genres of cinema, but leave their mark on film history for generations to come...let us not take this for granted.
The underground film scene in Sacramento is definitely much smaller than those in LA or the Bay Area, but there's still a healthy respect for the trash film and an awesome pool of talent here.
