		The enmity between the Quraish and early Muslims reached such a high pitch that many battles were fought between the two parties.
		Eventually the two parties would make peace, the Treaty of Hudaybiyya which would eventually be broken.
		It was broken when Banu Bakr, allies of the Quraish attacked Banu Khuza'a, allies of the Muslims.

		Nine years after the migration of Muslims from Makkah, Quraish, the most powerful pagan tribe of Makkah, in clear violation of the “Treaty of Hudaybiyya”, supplied men and arms in an effort to attack a Muslim-allied tribe that was slaughtered ruthlessly, some of them even inside the Holy Sanctuary of Ka’ba.
		They are to be fed the same food that is consumed by their captors.
		Muslims are forbidden to breach any treaty to which they have agreed.
