Denmark rejected the treaty at first, and then accepted it, in national referendums in June 1992 and May 1993.
The French only narrowly voted in favour in September 1992 and a British government proposal to go ahead with ratification in November 1992 was passed by only a small parliamentary majority, prompting the then British prime minister, John Major, to delay ratification until after a second Danish national referendum.
By the end of 1992, all parliaments, apart from those of Denmark and Britain, had completed ratification, and at a summit in Edinburgh in December 1992, a series of compromises was agreed, including limited Danish participation.

Cabral followed a course west of that which had been prescribed in his orders, and was carried further west by winds.
Historians disagree as to whether the discovery of Brazil was accidental, or planned by Cabral to find lands suspected of being within Portugal's area under the Treaty.
Cabral claimed the area for Portugal and detached one of his ships to go back to Portugal and announce his claim of the new land for Portugal.

Thus in 1585, Elizabeth signed the treaty of Nonesuch, openly providing soldiers and cavalry to the Netherlands and aiding the Protestant contender to the French throne as well.
The Treaty of Torsedillas in 1494, divided the world between Spain and Portugal, giving most of the new world as it turned out to the Spanish, except for Brazil, but preserving the Portuguese monopoly over the African coast.

I ally with Spain and colonise first the spanish TOT provinces (they won't take them back as we are allies).
This means ToT will be in effect but Spain will have hard times to colonize as it should due to lower size (ie, lower cash).

I would very much enjoy to read why you think that the Treaty of Madrid of 1750 invalidates the teaching authority of the Catholic Church, and, therefor, the eternal Word of God.
But, since you are so quick to point to the Treaty of Madrid of 1750 as an example of a moral error on the part of the Catholic Church, kindly outline the pertinent facts and why they demonstrate such error.
I know of four Treaties of Madrid, dealing variously with the Italian wars (1526), Portuguese/Spanish territorial disputes in South America (1750) and in the Iberian Peninsula (1801), and the institution of a pan-European Union arrest warrant (2002).
