		The second EP released in late 1990, just as fans were starting to lose patience for the release of “Loveless”, was a more diverse, dreamier record entitled “Tremolo”.
		The four-track “Tremolo” EP is a continuation of the band’s evolving sound that would culminate with 1991’s “Loveless”.

		They have distictly western guitars (with lotsa tremolo) palyed by CJ Bargamian, a refugee from Myssouri, who actually played the guitars on that band's Furnace Songs EP.
		Sirmans belt out the tunes on this EP reminds me that the human voice can really be a wonderful instrument, capable of expressing emotion quite well.
		As i listened to this EP over and over to prepare this review, an interesting thought occurred to me: there are five songs and four band members.

		With their 3rd album expected shortly after this EP was released, one might expect a rush job.

		The rest of the EP consists of a few more intros, and a bunch of new songs that are just as killer as the first.
		The rest of the band does the same, tremolo picking followed by alternate picking, then chunky parts and a squawk or two, and this is all in a single bar at superfast speed.

		On Tremolo My Bloody Valentine create a mini-album that would be played right after Loveless and sound like a contiuation more than anything.
		Tremolo also is a great record all by itself, it grooves and moves in all the right places, and sounds like it was recorded through the same hazy druggy sensualness that graced Loveless.

		The Glider EP was released in April 1990 - well after 1988's Isn't Anything, but almost a year before the stunning Tremelo EP (Feb 91) and a full 18 months ahead of Loveless (Nov 91).
		I actually chose this ep over loveless as my first mbv recording because I thought a friend was making me a cassette tape entirely of loveless.
