What do you guys think about Linden as a linemate with the Sedins?They played together in the 02-03 season and played well together but were split up for some reason (I still dont know).
If we cant get Carter back, I think Linden would be a nice and cheap option to play with the twins leaving money for a 1st line RW to play with Naslund and Morrison.
Linden should be given 3rd line minutes if we can, but it will probably be 4th line minutes which is a shame in my opinion.

Linden was born on April 11, 1970, in the small town of Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada.
Trevor accomplished this dream and during his very short stay in the WHL, two or three seasons, he captained the Tigers to back-to-back Memorial Cups.

Trevor was traded to the Montreal Canadiens in May (much to my disappointment--I am a long time Boston Bruins fan, and the thought of my favorite player playing for my least favorite team really annoys me).

Putting Linden on the 2nd line might work for a game or two, but I don't think he can handle second line minutes for a whole season, he's at the stage where his carreer is winding down and he needs the 3rd/4th line minutes.
Linden's skating looks great, the passing is solid, he's BIG and has very good positioning and hockey sense....he will never hurt the team defensively.
As for Linden he just looks old to me. He gave up the puck twice tonight, and he really hasn't done anything to impress, or justify time on the 2nd line.
