My view of a pyramid with a square base does not coincide with the pyramidal shape of ammonia.
I need this information for a presentation and my general chemistry book from 1977 is very moldy in the garage.
As you suppose, the three hydrogen atoms form a triangle and the nitrogen atom is out of the plane and equidistant from the hydrogen atoms.
