Trolls are made of "metamorphorical rock" (a play on metamorphic rock and metaphorical), which basically means that certain trolls take on the characteristics of certain stones and minerals, which they are usually named after.
In a troll courtship the male troll hits the female troll on the head with a rock, although the rock must be a suitably attractive one to gain the female's favour.
Trolls and dwarfs have an ongoing feud, ostensibly stemming from one being a race of living rocks, and the other being a race of miners.

Currently being worked on are the costumes for the big fight scene, modelling of the troll (Mica) before he gets scanned into the computers, set construction for the tavern, and an updated and freshly designed website.

I know what a mythical troll is. I've also heard the term used for short, plump girls who frequent our local bars, but I have never seen the term used before in a photography context.

 The Discworld - Discworld Noir Problems   (Site not responding. Last check: 2007-11-07)
I can install Discworld Noir without any problems or error-messages; but it does not create a shortcut on my desktop, there are no entries in the start menu, and in the folder there is not even a file named "Discworl.exe" or something like this.
Discworld Noir seems to load OK (have tried full and typical installation), but when it gets to the end it asks if I want to put a shortcut on the desktop, I click yes (but no shortcut appears), and immediately get another dialogue box asking me if I want to play the game.
Now Discworld Noir may work but if you still get the "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005), Click on OK to terminate the application" message try downloading the Application Compabillity Update for Windows 2000 found at http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/downloads/tools/appcompat/default.asp.

Directions within the discworld are not given as North, South, East and West, but rather as directions relating to the disc itself, eg Hubward (towards the centre), Rimward (away from the centre) and to a lesser extent, turnwise and widdershins (relation to the direction of the disc's spin).
