	Do As Infinity - TRUE SONG
		The previous album, "Deep Forest", was named by translating the title of their single "fukai mori" to English.
		This new album has a whopping eight new songs, with only three old songs used from their two singles released prior to the album.
		However, most of the new tracks on this album are tired-sounding DAI tracks, and the two singles prior to the album were not some of the group's best.

		It originally appeared on their 1993 album Siamese Dream, from which it was the second single.
		The song is ironically upbeat, containing sarcastic lyrics claiming that "Today is the greatest day I've ever known." In truth, the lyrics are actually gloomy in attitude; songwriter Billy Corgan wrote the song about a day in which he was having suicidal thoughts.
		Still, this darker side of the song is partially hidden in the soft instrumental part that is played in the verses, which made many listeners unaware of the song's tale of depression and desperation.

		After 2 mega-selling albums with 1983's self-titled album and 1984's sometimes imfamous "Like A Virgin", Madonna avoids the third album jinx by releasing her greatest selling album to date at this point in her career "True Blue".
		Although it's certainly cheesy in some ways, "True Blue" is to me Madonna's album where a much greater maturity took the podium and her voice sounds so much better than it did previously.
		While most of these songs like "True Blue" and "Jimmy Jimmy" border on the edge of 1980s bubble-gum pop music this CD is one of my favorites for two really excellent and thought-provoking classic hits which are "Papa Don't Preach" and "Live To Tell".

		While "True Song" was often criticized by hardcore D-A-I fans for many of its gimmicky, overproduced songs, Gates of Heaven seems like a strong return to their usual strength.
		The third song, "Hiiragi (holly)" is a slower, more produced song, which reminds me of a number of slower pieces from "True Song." These slower songs demonstrate Tomiko's range and ability to bring a lot of emotion out.
		The fourth song, "Azayakanahana" is a odd easy-going ska song with a horn section and a peaceful state of mind -- sort of like staring out the window on a long road trip.

	Into Liquid Sky - Music Reviews
		The new EP features five new songs and two remixes, all of which take the sound already developed and drive it even further, providing an excellent quality effort that steps away from any issued I might have had with the last album.
		Performed crisply and with an exact detail that delivers the songs without any misconception, the music is some of the best progressive rock I've had the pleasure to hear in some time.
		Even though their time is short, I found the music in these interludes to be quite sweet, especially the opening track, which gives the listener a great bass and drum beat that's shortly mimicked in the third interlude and then brought to an end in the final interlude.

	Do As Infinity - Do The Live
		This is Do As Infinity's first live album, consisting of two discs, recorded at the end of their "greatest year '02 -ALL STANDING-" tour during the new year holiday.
		Of the eight album tracks on "TRUE SONG", only "Good for you", "Grateful Journey", and "ai no uta" are performed on this live album.
		Hearing these new songs performed live was probably the most enjoyable part of the listening experience.

		She does two decent cover songs next, the first being Marvin Gaye's protest song extolling the virtues of racial brotherhood and peace amidst the dying days of the Civil Rights Movement and continued conflict in Vietnam, "What's Going On." She conveys the poignancy of the song very well.
		Lauper is involved in the songwriting of 7 of the 10 songs.
		This album and its predecessor are definitely worth a listen, but while they were Cyndi's most commercially successful albums, Cyndi has recorded some great music since then including an outstanding Christmas album (Have a nice file) and a wonderful collection of standards (At last).

		With this album, Madonna declared to the world, in bright neon lights, that she was a musical phenomenon who would be a dominating force in the music industry for years and years to come.

	Bagism: Albums & Singles: Reviews: Double Fantasy
		The songs are relatively tuneful, often quite lighthearted (a huge change from the past) and interesting musically, and perhaps the best part for cynics like me is that they are quite a bit shorter than johns songs.
		To many people these songs are important because of the context in which they where released, and as such it is hard to seperate the songs from the surrounding emotions in which they have become enveloped.
		The song suits perfectly on the spirt of the album "Double Fantasy": after 5 years of isolation at their castle over the Dakota Bulding, John and Yoko put their feelings on the album, and showed to everybody what was going on between then.

		Another song which I love is All By Myself, a true song to challenge a singer's voice and ability.
