		The Independent Complaints Directorate (ICD) wishes to inform that it is investigating circumstances surrounding the death of David Ndlovu on 31 April 2004.
		The incident occurred at Pholosong Hospital in Tsakane in the Gauteng Province on Friday, 31 April 2004, where it is alleged that police arrested David Ndlovu on 20 March 2004 after suspecting him of being involved in the Arm robbery.
		He was taken to Tsakane Police Station and appeared in Brakpan Magistrate's Court on 23 March 2004 and remanded in custody for a scheduled date, subsequently he was taken to Brakpan Police Station and reportedly he was booked in police cells with visible head injuries.

	Hundreds of ANC Supporters Try to Hear Mbeki Speak In Tsakane
		Several hundred supporters stood outside a packed hall in Tsakane on the East Rand on Thursday to listen to African National Congress president Thabo Mbeki addressing the unemployed.
		Speaking during a three-hour election tour of the townships of Kwa-Thema, Tsakane and Duduza, Mbeki told the communities to report to authorities any police officials who collaborated with criminals and those community members who committed crime.
