		The housing development of Tselinograd era was based on the construction method with large-size pre-cast concrete panels called ‘Typical Project’ and a neighborhood unit system ‘Mikroraion’ (micro district).
		The main point of the central square of the Tselinograd days was a combination of representational figures of socialist heroes and monotonously repeated architecture for the background.
