It is almost impossible to remove a tube socket without damaging the board or the socket.
Place all 3 sockets in the board, verify that they are aligned correctly, place a flat surface (hard book or another PC board) on top of the board, then flip the whole sandwich over.
Since the 9 pin socket is shorter than the octal sockets, it needs to be elevated slightly if the board is being mounted directly to the underside of a chassis.

After close inspection the wing panel in question, has a tube socket that about 1/3 of it has a nice split about (1/16" to 1/8" gap)running from the root down (1/3 of the way down tube from root).
Clamp a wing tube to a bench and measure the wing tip height to make sure both wing panels are the same.
I cut the tube at the end of the crack with a slightly modified handsaw (just for this purpose) and used needle nose plyers to pull it out in small pieces...
