		Tudor Arghezi (pronunciation in Romanian: /'tu.dor ar'ge.zi/; May 21, 1880—July 14, 1967) was a major Romanian writer, noted for his contribution to poetry and children's literature.

	Tudor Vianu - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
		Tudor Vianu (January 8, 1898-May 21, 1964) was a Romanian literary critic, poet, philosopher, academic, and translator.
		Tudor Vianu was the titular professor of aesthetics at the University of Bucharest, and in charge of Romania's National Theatre in 1945, ambassador to the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in 1946, and honorary member of the Romanian Academy starting in 1955.

	Romanian literature
		The first landmark of this period was the uprising of Tudor Vladimirescu (1821) in Walachia against the Ottoman Turks and the return of the national rulers.
		The diversity of styles was illustrated by Nichifor Crainic's religious traditionalist tendency, the mathematical form of I. Barbu's poems, and the influence of French and German lyric in Ion Pillat's verse.
		Essays and criticism were written by Mihai Ralea, who also published travel books and philosophical and psychological works, and by Tudor Vianu, who revealed in his writings a materialistic and methodological approach after first having adhered to the aesthetic school.

		According to the property’s certificate No 10 616 from June 10, 1926 the writer Tudor Arghezi became the owner of a land surface of 17250 m2, placed on the highest outskirts of Bucharest, opposite Vacaresti Monastery, nearly Piata Sudului.
		In a room nearly there are the medals and decorations conferred by the Romanian State for his work, as well as the European Award — Gottfried Von Herder, granted at 30 April, 1965, Tudor Arghezi was the first Romanian writer awarded with this prestigious distinctions.
		Tudor Arghezi found his eternal peace in the grave from garden near the house, besides with his wife Paraschiva, graves guarded by an imposing stone cross and the yellow flowers of the old nut tree.
