Living in Austin I have a chance to train in Tukong Moosul under one of the Grand Masters of the art, Master Wonik Yi.
From what I've heard (NOT from actual experience), the Tukong Moosul instructors are pretty knowledgeable and practical, and the classes are of a higher standard than your average karate or TKD school.
Since Tukong Moosul is rather obscure, though, it may be difficult to find actual practitioners who can give you better information.

Does anyone know about the quality of their training, how much they spar, etc.?
Those people are so tough - I wish they would've taken Muay Thai and called it TKD rather than Shotokan.
02-09-2001, 07:45 AM I do not no much about tukong moosul but from what I read it is not anything like tkd it is more of a mixture of different styles it looks pretty good I belive that it is more than just "wacky korean stuff"
