Tzolkin - the Count of Days
The Tzolkin is still used as a fixed agricultural calendar which begins sometime in mid-February and acts as guide for the timing of many activities such as groundclearance, 1st sowing, weeding, 2nd sowing and so on.
In this guise the Tzolkin is ageless and is not tied to the epoch-making counts otherwise associated with the Maya - rather, it acts as a reusable activity guide whose origins are closely tied to the regions in which it is used.
The Tzolkin is read from the top left (1 Imix), down 20 places to the bottom of the first column (7 Ahau) up to the top of the second column (8 Imix) and so on.

The Classical Mayan Tzolkin Count and the Dreamspell   (Site not responding. Last check: 2007-10-19)
It also seems that without exception Mayan day keepers maintain that the tzolkin count is the hub around which all other calendrical cycles turn, and it is for this reason that, although it has sometimes been lost, the tzolkin count is not known ever to have been intentionally reformed.
This calendar is however linked to a certain tzolkin count, the Classical, meaning that it is only those that respect this hub of the calendars that will be in phase with the particular evolution of consciousness that the Long Count describes.
The tzolkin and the divine creation cycles based on the 360 day-"year" (which includes a range of time cycles, hablatuns, alautuns, kinchiltuns, kalabtuns, pictuns, baktuns and katuns each corresponding to the development of a specific frame of consciousness) describe the galactic vibrations that emanate from the invisible branches of the World Tree (the Milky Way).

The Synchronometer is Just Phi in the Sky   (Site not responding. Last check: 2007-10-19)
The 260 day Tzolkin count is generally referred to as the sacred calendar of the Maya.
The reality is however, that the relationship of 260 and 360 within Tzolkin and Tun counts, preserves the ratio of the of the Golden Mean, which is found everywhere in the natural world of living things.
This however, shows that the Tun count in conjunction with the Tzolkin actually mirror the natural harmonic order in space through the golden ratio and preserve this ratio as they are counted in real time.

 Daily Tzolkin
The Tzolk'in is the oldest of all the Mayan Calendars is referred to as, "the personal calendar" and is the Master Calendar, around which all the other calendars revolve.
Certainly the Tzolkin is codified into the stonework of the ancient Mayan pyramids and ancient stelea but there is not one singular carving that you can see a picture of, per se.
The Tzolkin, is the hub of all the Mayan calendars which serves to connect and clarify what the true Mayan Calendar actually is. Without taking the Tzolkin into consideration, the Mayan calendar becomes a set of numbers disconnected from profound deeper meaning.

The Maya and the Sacred Calendar, the Tzolkin/Tzol'kin   (Site not responding. Last check: 2007-10-19)
The Tzolkin is regarded as a "periodic table of the harmonics of time-space" which continually and comprehensively express every possible permutation of the Divine, or (as the Maya refer to It) Hunab Ku - the One Giver of Movement [time] and Measure [space], throughout the Creation.
The energies embodied by the Tzolkin are believed to originate from the Divine Consciousness of the Great Mother/Spirit/Father, emanating (or being transmitted) throughout the galaxy via the electromagnetic waves surging from our galactic core.
Thus, the Tzolkin expresses an universal, harmonic lattice which engenders the composition of the forms and transformations of all that exists, in all dimensions, including the Harmonic Patterns (of Spirit and Nature) Which spawn all aspects of Consciousness and Being as well as DNA.

The results of each query will depend only on the content of the clinical database at the time query is evaluated by the Tzolkin system; data that are deleted or added to the clinical database after the temporal reasoning has begun will not affect the results of the abstraction process.

Tzolkin, by contrast, already had its product well in hand by the time high-tech companies started to flop, he said.

The Essentials of the Mayan Sacred Calendar, the Tzolkin/Tzol'kin
Observing the Tzolkin through the lenses of planetary, solar and galactic systems, the Maya recognized the correlations between macrocosmic cycles and those of the subtler realms of existence, including the psyche and spirit.
Therefore, the base frequency or base tone of the Tzolkin's first pulse is tone "1", the base tone for the twenty-first pulse is "8", the base tone for the forty-first pulse is "2" and the base tone for the 260th pulse is "13".
However, to truly access It's profundities, the Tzolkin must be regarded simultaneously from the perimeter and the center, hence the sonic activation of each kin requires 4 separate tones, the complimentary tone pair of the kin's base/perimeter position in the calendar plus a complimentary tone pair relative to it's counterpart/center position.
