New Jersey State Highway 56 is a state highway in New Jersey, United States.
It runs from an intersection with New Jersey State Highway 77 in Deerfield Township, New Jersey to an intersection with New Jersey State Highway 47 (Delsea Drive) in Vineland, New Jersey.
This road is part of the current system, begun in the 1927 renumbering and heavily modified by the 1953 renumbering.
