	Pope Boniface VIII 18 November 1302 The Bull Unam Sanctam
		The Bull "Unam Sanctam", in which Pope Boniface VIII asserted his rights against King Phillip the Fair of France, is a landmark in the history of the doctrine of Papal Primacy.
		The statements concerning the relations between the spiritual and the secular power are of a purely historical character, so far as they do not refer to the nature of the spiritual power, and are based on the actual conditions of medieval Europe.
		The following English translation of "Unam Sanctam" is taken from a doctoral dissertation written in the Dept. of Philosophy at the Catholic University of America, and published by CUA Press in 1927.

	Unam softens stance on debt
		Unam said it had recovered N$1,6 million since last week and decided to allow students who had paid half of the outstanding fees to write their exams after consultations with student representatives.
		He said students who have not been able to sit for the current exams as well as those who are not able to pay the 50 per cent now, will be eligible to apply for the special exams which start on January 13 next year provided they clear their balances by January 10.
		Student debt has plagued the country's highest institution of learning for several years and the current radical measures attempted by Unam authorities appear to be a last resort to recover the millions owed by students.
