In resolving cases of alleged violations of professional standards or ethics, the schools and departments are responsible for devising procedures appropriate to their programs and for provision of due process for all students.
Regularly enrolled UNCG students attending the summer session may elect to have their cases heard by such committee or postpone the hearing until the beginning of the regular session when the normal hearing process is available.

PEABODY PARK is a wooded, grassy, and stream-dissected tract of land at the north end of the campus of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Opposition to this destruction, expressed for more than five years in student/faculty committees, Greensboro newspaper stories, letters to the editor, reports by faculty planning groups, resolutions by the UNCG Student Government Association, and in eight months’ worth of messages posted to the master planning bulletin board from April–July 2000 and March–June 2001, was ignored.
The vote to destroy the section of Peabody Park shown above is only one item in a long series of anti-environmental and anti-educational actions taken by the UNCG Trustees, actions that have been aided and abetted by a culture of deceit in the University’s central administration.
