Influenza surveillance data collection is based on a reporting week that starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday of each week.
Each surveillance participant is requested to summarize weekly data and submit it to CDC by Tuesday afternoon of the following week.

Wenner Media once again is the sole owner of Us Weekly, announcing today that it has acquired the Walt Disney Co.'s 50 percent stake in the celebrity title.
Later, in 1986, McPhaden Holdings sold a 25 percent stake to Wenner and a 75 percent stake to Lorimar Telepictures, a division of Warner Brothers; Wenner bought the magazine outright in 1989.
