		Kelvin Davis improved to 17-0-1 (13) by out-pointing Arthur Williams via split decision for the USBA cruiserweight title last night at the Aladdin Hotel in Las Vegas.
		At age 37, and having lost his last bout (by 11th-round stoppage to O'Neil Bell for the NABF title last Sept.), this may be the end of the road for Williams, who turned pro in '89.
		Aside from winning the IBF title from Imamu Mayfield in Nov. of '98, Williams won the USBA title twice and beat former world titlists Dwight Qawi, Steve Little and Adolpho Washington.
