	UNICEF Serbia and Montenegro - Real lives - Immunization: Reaching excluded children
		OCTOBER 2003, UB, Serbia and Montenegro - Paljuvi seems to be an ordinary village, a little bit remote, with a very bad, winding, dirt road leading through forests and fields to the next town, only some 70 kilometres away from the country's capital.
		About 18,000 children in five out of 23 regions in Serbia have benefited from this project, and an additional seven regions are to be covered by the year's end.
		A particular focus will be placed on empowering the parents and primary caregivers to identify together how services can be improved so that all children will benefit from themâ, UNICEF Area Representative for Serbia and Montenegro and Croatia said.

	Transfer of Dragomir Milosevic
		According to the Indictment, Dragomir Milosevic (born on 4 February 1942, in the village of Murgas, Ub municipality, Serbia) was the Chief of Staff to Stanislav Galic whom he succeeded as Corps Commander of the Sarajevo Romanija Corps of the Bosnian Serb Army in 1994.
		During his term the forces under his command and control are alleged to have conducted a campaign of sniping and shelling against the civilian population of Sarajevo.
		The Indictment of Dragomir Milosevic was filed on 24 April 1998 and remained sealed until 20 December 1998.

		Dragomir Milosevic was born on 4 February 1942, in the village of Murgas, Ub Municipality, Serbia.
		He was an officer in the JNA (Yugoslav People’s Army) before the armed conflict, having served as Chief of Staff of the 4th Corps, 2nd Military District, and more specifically of the 49th Motorized Brigade at Lukavica, a suburb south west of Sarajevo.
		Dragomir Milosevic, who had been in hiding since the end of the war, has surrendered to the Serb authorities and was transferred to the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) on 3 December 2004.
