Haslem was ejected in the second quarter of Game 1 of the Eastern Conference quarter-finals Saturday against the Chicago Bulls for throwing his mouthpiece in the direction of referee Joe Crawford.
Haslem was going for a rebound and got tangled up with Chicago's Andres Nocioni under the basket with 4:11 left in the half.
Haslem tumbled to the floor, and upset a foul wasn't called, removed his mouthpiece and threw it at the legs of Crawford.
