It is possible the enumerator made this error based upon Pat's name being given as Patty, which to most refers to a female, but to the Irish, Patty is spelled Paddy and refers to a male person.

When Great Grandfather Snow died in 1933 his two sons, my Great uncles Paris (Uncle Pat) and T. Reginald (Uncle Reg) took over the farm and along with their mother and three sisters (one of whom is my grandmother) continued on.
At some point Uncle Pat rebuilt the tractor, repainted it red instead of its orginal grey and shaved the head to run better on gasoline instead of kerosene.
Unfortunately not long after it was rebuilt something went wrong with the engine, and rather than put more money into an old tractor the Regular was retired and parked on the hill near the house.
