		I think the age now is a lot higher than has been sucessful in other european countries, and far too many people rely on "You're too young" as a deterrent, rather than giving their children the real facts earlier on and bringing them up to be responsible for their actions.
		I think that if a couple have been having sex when both were 15 that they should be able to carry this on when one of them is 16.
		Other countries teens that are informed about sex are known to wait untill their age is above the constent age of their country when they have sex.

		Perhaps the biggest change is now that the prohibition on sex with under 13's applies specifically to boys as well, so a girl aged 13, 14 or 15 could be charged more easily with sex with a boy of 11 or 12.
