Unicycle - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Unicycles are composed of a few key parts: the wheel (which includes the tire, tube, rim, spokes, hub and axle), the cranks, pedals, frame, seatpost and the saddle (the seat of the unicycle).
Designed for unicycle trials, trials unicycles are stronger than standard unicycles in order to withstand the stresses caused by jumping, dropping, and supporting the weight of the unicycle and rider on components such as the pedals and cranks.
It is not plagued by the normal unicycle balance problems because of the greater gyroscopic properties and lower center of mass.

Unicycle trials - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Unicycle trials is a form of unicycling which involves participants attempting to ride a unicycle over obstacles without any part of the rider touching the ground.
Hopping is achieved by suddenly forcing the unicycle pedals downwards while holding the seat, the reactive forces resulting from the compression of the tire lift the unicycle into the air.
Pedal grabs and crank grabs involve a hop or jump to land the unicycles pedal or crank on the edge of an object, and then a second hop or jump to land the unicycle fully on the object.

Gilby's Website: Photos of Gilby on a double wheeled unicycle
So it's an oxy-moron, but it's still a unicycle because it has only one support point in contact with the ground and the support point is the wheel (most of the time it's the bottom wheel, unless I attempt seat drag in front).
A unicycle with two wheels is nearly impossible for even expert unicyclists to ride.
Another similar trick like this that you would be going backward on a standard unicycle is "koosh-koosh" (apparently that's the sound it makes when doing this trick, but it's actually a backwards wheelwalk with one foot behind the frame and the other on the frame and breaking on the wheel between steps).
