A trade union that isn't able to pass the 10 percent barrier is not able to claim the authority of signing a collective bargaining agreement.
No doubt there is no coincidence in the 57th government adding this imposition of the 10 percent barrier to the trade union movement, to its attacks of privatisation, sub-contracting, redundancies and low wage imposition along with the liquidation of social security, all of which are aimed directly at the workers and labourers.
We expect all trade unions and mass organizations, all parties and forces on the side of labour to protest this injustice occurring in our country and act with feelings of solidarity.
