Report of the open-ended inter-sessional The representative of the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Legal Services Secretariat (NAILSS) recalled a proposal contained in the report of the Copenhagen workshop that the permanent forum might be located within the structure of the Trusteeship Council of the United Nations.
