 CHAPTER 244 OF THE ACTS OF 2002
The department of housing and community development may enter into contracts for state financial assistance in the form of grants or loans by the commonwealth acting by and through the department of housing and community development for projects undertaken for the housing stabilization and investment program.
The director of housing and community development shall file an annual spending plan with the fiscal affairs division, the house and senate committees on ways and means and the long term debt committee which details, by subsidiary, all personnel costs and administrative costs charged to expenditures made pursuant to this act.
Said department shall submit a report not later than January 1, 2003, and annually thereafter, to the joint committee on housing and urban development, the joint committee on long term debt, and the house and senate committees on ways and means regarding the funding of the programs pursuant to this section.
