Two dollar bills are delivered by Federal Reserve Banks in green straps of 100 bills ($200).

The remaining signatures on the front of the bill were collecting on a July 16 Stratoliner flight from Washington to England on which Vandenberg accompanied Hopkins, Marshall, King, Stephen Early, and the generals' aides.
A number of the signatures are difficult to make out against the bill's background, especially on the back, but surely scrutiny will be rewarded with this roster of significant military and political figures.
