The University of Ballarat's Camp Street Campus, home of the Arts Academy which offers a graphic design/multimedia degree course, will be opened by the Victorian Premier Steve Bracks at 10.15am.
The campus is the culmination of seven years of planning by the university, City of Ballarat and State and Federal Governments.
