 | | And, essentially, this is consistent with the traditions of the University of North Dakota: initiate injustice, refuse to acknowledge it, and -- in the context of contempt -- refuse to respond to efforts to secure equitable redress. |
 | | The UND administration, which, when it wishes to do so, has never displayed any reluctance to involve itself in any university matter, has publicly taken the position -- to media and to others -- that there is nothing it can do in my Emeritus situation. |
