According the Daily's report, a Miss Uparat, a Thai tourist travelling with her 54 year-old mother and 4 year-old niece, flew back to Bangok after her mother had been denied entry by immigration officers.
Uparat also said that nine out of the 18 tourists who were travelling as a group were also refused entry and went back home with her.
Uparat said that she did not know why the tourists were mistreated when she and her family spent 50,000 bahts (about W1.4 million) to travel to Korea and that she hopes incidents as such will not happen again to Thai tourists.
