Sunday 29th May i took the opportunity, with my partner being at work, to sneak out for a few miles in the early sunshine and headed off to Upton Fen, a wonderfully peaceful broadland NWT reserve that has so much variety but hardly ever seems to have any visitors
Once through Acle and half way to Upton village i spotted a superb Red Kite, low down over nearby field before heading off North.
If it's Blackcaps you want my local woodland has 'em by the bucket load.
