		All we know, from the Silmarillion is that the Olog was created during the first age by morgoth and the olog-hai was created by Sauron (most likely during the second age around the time the uruk-hai was created).
		If Hai means people then all trolls are Olog-Hai and all orcs are Uruk-Hai, but according to Tolkien the Uruk-Hai and the Olog-Hai were both improved versions of regular Orcs and Trolls.
		Same for the Olog, Olog-hai means people but it is also the name of a specific type of Troll, the fell trolls of Sauron.

		The light Uruks don't wear it but the heavies do.
