		Zephyr is located about 8 km north of Uxbridge, SW of Udora, SW of Beaverton, W of Sunderland and east of Newmarket and Mount Albert.
		The nearest beaches are in the southern shoreline of Lake Simcoe to the north and all creeks and streams flow into Lake Simcoe.
