		VCD video is in MPEG-1 format; audio is encoded as MPEG Layer 2 (MP2); video is stored at 1150 kilobits per second, audio at 224 kbit/s.
		VCD is gradually being replaced by DVD, which offers most of the same advantages to Asian buyers as VCD, as well as a much better quality picture (with less digital compression artefacts) and sound (often in Dolby Digital and/or DTS), due to its larger storage capacity.
		VCD is also a very popular format for karaoke in East Asia, where picture quality concern is not paramount.

		I would like to know how I can make a vcd with subtitles with tmpgenc.
		I am thrilled with the result, now I want to make a vcd with perm subtitles, is it possible, it would be nice if anybody would be able to help me, thanks in advance.
