Regarding an Oct. 5 article, "Vancouver Lake: Future is murky," all of these problems with Vancouver Lake, from eutrophication to poisoned waters, has led me to believe that Vancouver Lake should just be left alone.
We should have tested the lake more often for water quality and installed sewers in the areas surrounding Burnt Bridge Creek and Vancouver Lake.
It is already too lake to save the lake from its hypereutrophic state.
