		Vapula has cleaned up his appearance and manner a bit, but he's still running around in (apparent) glee, fiddling with gadgets and dubious-looking pieces of machinery.
		Vapula is good about not completely taking over parties (his subordinates need to practice responsibility), but having him as an observer is nerve-wracking.
		It is even said that Lilith doesn't recognize half of Vapula's Bright Lilim at all … and of the ones that she does, some were never Servitors of Technology, some were dead, and at least one was nowhere near Tartarus at the time of the incident.

		Spook was originally a Shedite of Vapula, though as Shedim go he was rather pathetic.
		Vapula needed something to maintain one of Hell's first mainframes; putting together some Forces for a shedite that was little more than a semi-sentient hacking tool, he gave it appropriate abilities and shoved it inside.

		Being the Prince of Technology means you have to reverse engineer all of Jean's little breakthroughs, which isn't easy when you don't have access to God's blueprints like the Elohite does.
		The Balseraph assigned to the project, Stevrion, rebuild the little Reliever from the Forces up, using a Djinn's possessive nature to make the creature devotedly obediant to a master, a Calabite's destructive nature to make it into a lethal killer, and a Malakite to make it nearly unstoppable.
		Vapula still has his notes, and he's pretty sure that the next model will have it's bugs worked out.

	Where Worlds Collide: Game WISH 74: Supplements
		Since many of my IN PCs have served Jean, Archangel of Lightning, I'd especially like to see detailed writeups of him, and of his arch enemy Vapula, Demon Prince of Technology.
		Vapula did receive an expanded writeup in Superiors 4.
		SJG MIGHT release a new supplement every now and then, but I'd say for all practical purposes the line is dead.
