		Vermillion is a small town in the southeast corner of South Dakota, USA.
		Home to the University of South Dakota, Vermillion has a mixed academic and rural character: The University is the flagship academic institution in the state, boasting the state's only law and medical school, a business school, and several well-regarded academic departments, such as the Department of Social Behavior.
		Vermillion has five schools, two of which are elementary, one of which is a middle school, one of which is a high school, and one of which is a college.
