 Pisani
Thus Vettor Pisani describes the motive for his "recognition", beginning from his Virginia Art Theatrum (Museo della Catastrofe) in the triangular house balancing at the bottom of the quarry: the vertical cuts of the banks, glacis from which unexplainable cypresses shoot out, and pools of water surfacing on the bottom constitute the dramatic features.
On the quarry "recognized" by Vettor Pisani, a map of revealed and assembled symbols render the dwelling of the artist a possible initiatory place probably for the Rosicrucian (Rosicrucian in the artistic rather than philosophical sense).

Vettor Pisani's installation in the Sculpture Studio of the Academia Belgica is devoted to Fernand Khnopff so much mentioned by the artist, in actual fact he has referred in many of his works to his elective affinities with artists of different generations.
The new work of Pisani starts from a dream: he sees Khnopff's house rebuilt in the heart of Brussels, this house was destroyed in the thirties to leave room to set a barracks.
The model that Pisani looks at as a philosophical dwelling, as well as Wittgenstein's house has been in his past works, makes up the hinge of the installation marked by a feeling of loss and yearning and, at the same time, by the wish of a reconstruction in a Freudian meaning.
