I really like their sound, and there are a handful of songs on the album that are really quite beautiful, especially the first track "Learning To Love The Factory" and the crazy-titled "A Momentary Vision of the End of the World As Seen Through the Eyes of a Suburban Housewife" - good stuff.

Comrade Chimp says: Happy Bullets were not a band I'd come across before I heard this track on a podcast recently, but I'll definitely be keeping an eye open for them from now on.
The sound has something of the Kinks, XTC or more recently Dogs Die in Hot Cars or Hot Hot Heat about it and with lyrics about would-be aristocrats who "extend our pinkies when we drink and thumb our noses at the lower classes in the penny seats" we're onto a winner here.
