Victoria is a 4th class municipality in the province of Laguna, Philippines.
It is southeast of Laguna de Bay, 90 km south of Manila and bordered by the Municipality of Calauan to the southwest, Nagcarlan to the southeast and Pila to the northeast.
Victoria was a barrio of Pila until November 15, 1949 when President Elpidio Quirino signed into effect EO 282 segregating this barrio and 8 others into an independent community.

As always, Bill Bryan (Victoria Skimboards) opened the event with crushing force letting everyone know he was the one to beat as his switch stance airs and barrel rides earned him high totals.
A ride with a 180 shuv-it to 360 off the lip to barrel ride was almost characteristic of the event but even with the allure of liners and combinations it was the aerial maneuvers that captured everyone’s attention.

Mayor Renato "Ato" Rebong said the occasion hopes to boost the industry's pivotal role in the economic life of the town's population.
Municipal records showed that the duck industry that began in 1968 in Victoria had 50 big-time duck-raisers in 2001.
