Vidiian - Memory Alpha, the Star Trek Wiki
The Vidiians' facial appearance is similar to that of a Human with two eyes and nose and mouth, but they also possess a swept back hairline and a slightly enlarged forehead with no eyebrows.
The Vidiians were a civilized culture, renowned specifically for their artistry until the Phage attacked approximately 2,000 years ago.
Consequently, Captain Janeway was faced with killing the Vidiian to recover the organs.

Unnamed Vidiians - Memory Alpha, the Star Trek Wiki
The assimilated Vidiian was a personality that Seven of Nine assumed when she develop a multiple personality disorder due to the discovery of a Borg vinculum.
Vidiian #1 was at the comm of a ship that came upon Voyager while it was in a state of flux due to a spatial anomaly, causing two Voyagers to appear.
This Vidiian Captain was contacted by Kes, after she had time traveled back to 2371 to seek revenge on the crew of Voyager, who she blamed for keeping her away from her people.

Vidiian - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Vidiians are a fictional race in the Star Trek fictional universe, located in the Delta Quadrant that are under the affliction of a plague called the Phage.
It was later discovered that the Vidiian people were not aware of the involuntary organ snatching, knowledge and activity of it being closely held by the government and/or military.
The Vidiians said that they were driven to their organ raids on other races out of extreme desperation, and that before the Phage struck they were a peaceful and cultured race of scientists and explorers, much like the Federation.

 PADD =/\= The Vidiian Sodality
The Vidiians were known as educators and explorers, a people whose greatest achievements were artistic.
Then, more than two millennia ago, the Vidiian Sodality was infected by the Phage; it consumed their bodies, destroyed their genetic codes and cellular structures.
The Vidiians had to harvest organs and tissues from other races to replace their own as the disease consumed their bodies.

The Vidiian had noticed them now, and was adjusting their course to avoid them, but Miral stepped in front of it.
The Vidiians were not cured, and from the patchwork appearance of her guide, they were still using "spare" body parts.
Normally, Vidiians did not congregate in public like this, but for a chance to be this close to the Prime Ascended, they would take that risk, anything for the chance to bask in the glow of his health and vitality.

The Vidiian delegation led the three officers through a large airlock that stood at the perimeter of the forcefield.
Miral was having serious questions as to who she found the more appalling; the Vidiians who numbed themselves to the moral qualms of what they were doing to stay alive, or the Kazon, who weren’t burdened by the necessity of survival, using their own fallen warriors simply as a commodity to be bought and sold.
The Vidiian cruiser watched them for two very long minutes, deciding whether or not the prospect of collection organs from more than 2800 bodies was worth the risk of almost certain destruction.

Once known as a society of educators, artits, and explorers, the Vidiians were stricken two millennia ago by a terrible discease known as the phage, which destroyed the organs of their bodies.
Although Vidiians relied largely on transplants from dead bodies, their needs were so great that they captured individuals of other species to serve as involumtary organ donors.
Because of the debilitating nature of the phage, the Vidiians often used healthy captives as slaves to perform hard labor, prior to killing them for organ harvesting.

Tuvok Antimatter Maneuver   (Site not responding. Last check: 2007-10-30)
Acting against Janeway's last direct orders, Tuvok was finally persuaded by the crew to request medical assistance from the Vidiians, a species that has superior medical technology which they developed in an effort to cure a disease known as the phage that attacks their genetic codes and cellular structures.
During one of these encounters Neelix's lungs were forcibly removed by an advanced Vidiian transplantation technique, so Tuvok's initial reluctance to negotiate with the Vidiians was understandable.
With the shields gradually failing under the Vidiian bombardment, Tuvok's logical Vulcan mind and his advanced Starfleet tactical training proved their value when he devised an alternate battle plan.

The largest type of vessel known to be used by the Vidiians, being considerably larger than an Intrepid-class starship.
In 2373, the crew of a Vidiian cruiser tried to seize USS Voyager, when the starship was trapped in a spatial rift that created two Voyagers occupying the same space.
The Vidiian cruiser seems to be a variant of the Nygean prison ship (40/91), although the two are clearly unrelated.

She must decide whether or not to grant it to him, in the certain knowledge that if she does, he intends to use that freedom for the sole purpose of committing suicide.

Before they can clear it, the engines stall, anti-matter supplies drain, and proton bursts, originating from within the ship, cause heavy casualties and breach the structural integrity of the hull.
Then Janeway discovers that although a divergence field has caused all sensor readings to double and every particle on the ship to duplicate, there is not enough antimatter to sustain both vessels.
As the Vidiians close in on them, she meets the other Janeway face to face to determine a solution, knowing only one of the two ships can survive.

When you hold a copy of a unique Vidiian in hand, download the other copy from the deck with Organ Theft, (preferably using opponent’s personnel) and then pitch the copy you hold in your hand to DQSS to draw 2 different cards.
But don’t go downloading one copy of someone without one in hand, because then the odds of drawing that other copy are greatly reduced and you’ll never get those card draws moving.
One also might consider a third copy of the unique Vidiians, just to make sure the DQSS gets moving, but I found they weren’t needed.

Kim surprises two Vidiians in sickbay (who have already begun their harvesting experiments on Wildman) in a nicely-done scene where he phasers them both and then finds the Doctor hiding behind his desk with the baby.
It's a guilty pleasure, I'll admit--seeing the Vidiians finally put in their place--but a pleasure nonetheless that is long overdue considering how the Vidiians wantonly ignored Janeway's stern warning she issued in "Phage," the first Federation/Vidiian encounter.

Some people may say the Borg, Species 8472 or Hirogen but I think that the Vidiians were the best villians on VOYAGER.

The scene with the Vidiian ship hooking onto Voyager and Voyager pulling away was fantastic.
