Vidin is located in the northwestern corner of Bulgaria and follows the two most typical bends of the Danube in the section where the river flows from north to south.
The fortress played an important role in the city’s defense during the mediaeval period and was completed in the 14th century.
Vidin is also known by its beautiful riverbank park.

A reform that year eliminated the counties, cut the provinces into 28 smaller provinces, and cut the number of communes roughly in half.
The new regions seem to be the same as the provinces prior to 1987, except for some name changes: Mikhaylovgrad to Montana, and Tolbukhin to Dobrich.

Serbia should transfer the province of Vidin to Bulgaria.
The problem is that they need to own 66% of core provinces but thats almost imposibble since most counties aren't vassals of Serbian duke or just one duke in Bulgaria.
