Willis was buried on December 14, 1960 at Elk Cemetery in McArthur, Vinton County, Ohio.
The tragic death of Miss McMANUS was the first Vinton county highway fatality in 1960, and the accident which resulted in her death and injury to her schoolmates caused widespread mourning in both Hamden and Wellston communities.
Born Jan. 23, 1911, in Oreton, Vinton County, she was a daughter of John L. and Nancy Fulk WOODRUFF, natives of Scioto county.
