	LE VIOLON - cordophone
		Le violon est un instrument de musique à quatre cordes accordées en quintes, que l’on frotte avec un archet, et qui se tient entre l’épaule et le menton.
		Le violon est composé de près de quatre-vingts pièces les principales parties sont la table d’harmonie (aussi appelée corps ou caisse), généralement en épicéa, le fond, en érable, les éclisses, le manche, la touche, en ébène, le chevillier, la volute, le chevalet.
		Cette dernière contient l’âme du violon, petit cylindrique d’épicéa, placée entre la table et le fond, un peu en arrière du coté droit du chevalet et la barre, qui est une petite tige de sapin collée à l’intérieur de la caisse, sous le coté gauche du chevalet.
