Malvern College is a coeducational English public school for pupils aged 13 to 18, founded in 1865.
Following Malvern's prominence as a spa town in the earlier years of the nineteenth century, and the advent of the railway, the College was founded by a group of mainly local businessmen.
Also at the beginning of the 1990s, Malvern continued to be at the forefront of innovation by being one of the first schools in Britain to offer the International Baccalaureate in the Sixth Form.

Avoiding bruised thighs when seat-out-in-front - Unicyclist Community
I can't say I noticed this being a problem with the miyata seat on the old uni; the new one has a viscount seat and it's definitely wider, it's harder to get the seat in front in the first place.
The nice thing with the Viscount though, the underside, where you grab the seat, is rounder and the foam wraps around there.
It's a close thing, mind; the viscount is a lot easier to hold, although the two screws on the front handle occasionally catch the hand and can be quite painful.

At Corduff the Warrens continued to reside throughout the century, and Diswellstown was long the residence of the family of Kennan, whose possession of a well with petrifying qualities interested Dr. Rutty, and whose house and garden were 50 years later thought worthy of notice in a survey of county Dublin.
The right of presentation to the vicarage of Castleknock was surrendered in 1225 by the Little Malvern Priory to Archbishop Henry de Loundres, and provision made for the endowment of a chapel in the churchyard which had been dedicated by him.
Besides the small tithes this endowment included six acres of land near the priory's mill on the Liffey, and afterwards the possessions of the vicar were returned as including a house, two parks, and six acres of land near the baron's mill.

Hamilton frequently spoke of the viscount with every mark of approbation due to his public conduct; of his private little was known, and still less inquired.
The principles of virtue had been too carefully instilled, for coquetry to attain the same ascendancy and indulgence with Caroline as it had with her aunt, yet she felt she could no longer control the inclination which the present opportunity afforded her to use her power.
Hamilton hastily, but cautiously drew her away to enter into conversation with the Marchioness of Malvern, who was near them, which little manoeuvre quickly removed the transient cloud; and though soon again compelled to seek the shelter of the quiet little room she had quitted, the friendly kindness of Mrs.

The dominant role played by the Southern Rhodesian European settler population within the CAF is well reflected in that played by its first leader, Godfrey Martin Huggins, 1st Viscount Malvern, prime minister of the Federation for its first three years, and prior to that, prime minister of Southern Rhodesia for an uninterrupted 23 years.
In an important sense, the CAF's federalism was a compromise, with the model for political unity favored by Huggins being amalgamation (a unitary state) rather than federation.
In June 1956, Southern Rhodesia’s Governor, Sir Arthur Benson, wrote a highly confidential letter heavily criticizing the Federation in general (and the new constitution planned for it) and Federal Prime Minister, Sir Roy Welensky, in particular.
