Jane Boleyn, Viscountess Rochford - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Jane Boleyn, Viscountess Rochford (~1505–February 13, 1542) was the sister-in-law of Anne Boleyn and lady-in-waiting to Catherine Howard, with whom she was executed.
She was married to George Boleyn, Viscount Rochford, the brother of Lady Anne Boleyn, later the second queen of King Henry VIII.
Following her husband's execution, Lady Rochford was later given a placement in the household of another of King Henry VIII's queens, Anne of Cleves, and it was she who questioned the Queen about the consummation, and therefore the validity, of her marriage to the King.

I have found a very pretty copy of verses by him in the new published volume of the Nuge Antiquae, though by mistake he is called, Earl of, instead Of Viscount, Rochford.
They are taken from a MS-dated twenty-eight years after the author's death, and are much in the manner of Lord Surrey's and Sir T. Wyat's poems.
I should at first have doubted if they were not counterfeited, on reading my Noble Authors; but then the blunder of earl for viscount would hardly have been committed.

Queen Anne had indulged in light-hearted flirtations both before and after her marriage, but there is no real evidence of the charges brought against her of adultey with Henry Norris and an incestuous relationship with her own brother, Viscount Rochford.

Two days later, as if this was not enough, an ecclesiastical, convened at Lambeth under Cranmer, declared Anne's marriage to Henry to have been null and void, ab initio on account of the infinity created between them by his former relationship with her sister Mary.
